The Story Behind
Light of Love
Our Story — From a Whisper to a Movement
In 2017, Light of Love began with one simple act of obedience. Faith Casey founded Light of Love with a divine nudge to go love people on the street—those often passed by. With the support of Awakening Church and Pastor Jonah Easley, that small act became a steady outreach.
In 2021, everything shifted when God clearly told Faith to visit a specific strip club on a specific night. She walked in, not knowing what to expect—only that she had been sent. That night opened doors she never imagined. It confirmed the call: to bring the compassion of Jesus into the commercial sex industry without shame, without judgment, and without agenda.
Since then, Light of Love has expanded rapidly.
-
In 2023, the “Jesus Loves Sex Workers” convention outreach officially merged into the ministry.
-
By 2025, the team was running seminars at Exxxotica conventions and had been nominated by ASN Magazine—an adult entertainment publication—as Supporting Business of the Year.
Today, Light of Love continues to go where many won’t—into strip clubs, onto the track, behind porn booths, and through screens bringing God's presence that changes everything.
Mission

What Makes Us Different?

While many ministries focus on either evangelism or aftercare, Light of Love bridges both—with deep presence, long-term discipleship, and real-world resources. We don’t just plant seeds—we water them, walk beside them, and wait for fruit.
We go the hard places
Dressing rooms and porn conventions
Trauma recovery and custody hearings
Late-night text crises and early morning job interviews
Silent prayer rooms and crowded strip clubs
