Track Outreach

In the quiet hours of the night, along city blocks often ignored or feared, Light of Love walks with purpose. These streets—known as “the track”—are where women work, often under the weight of coercion, survival, or trafficking. It’s here, in the rawest corners of the city, that we show up with something radically different: compassion without condition.
Armed with hot cocoa on cold nights, ice water in summer, cookies, hygiene kits, and essential supplies, our team doesn’t come to rescue—we come to be present. We offer eye contact instead of avoidance, conversation instead of judgment, and consistent love that creates safety where there was none.
Track Outreach is not about quick fixes. It’s about showing up again and again to say, You matter. You are not invisible. You are not beyond hope. Over time, what begins as a small act of kindness becomes a bridge to trust. And through that trust, doors open—sometimes to prayer, sometimes to crisis support, sometimes to a courageous first step toward freedom.
We've witnessed women reconnect with lost family members, enter safe houses, find spiritual community, or simply exhale for the first time in years. Every conversation is a seed. Every gift bag is a whisper of hope. And every visit carries the heartbeat of Jesus into a place where few dare to go.
The outcome of this outreach isn’t measured by how many leave the streets, but by how many encounter the love of God right where they are—and begin to believe that a different future is possible.
Your willingness to walk these streets with us—through prayer, giving, or volunteering—can be the turning point in someone’s story.
You can help restore dignity in places that have only known exploitation. You can help create safety where fear once ruled. You can help bring light to the track.
